So if by some miracle we got the uplist done in the 3rd quarter, would the 3rd quart fins show the millions in revenue from Sound concepts?. Also, I heard someone mention about moving sound concepts to CA. Is there any reason why they would need to leave Utah? What about listing the UTAH site as the corporate office for tax reasons? thoughts?
