$PSGR Sunday morning 8/12. I have to believe that Pershing Resources is preparing to issue another Press Release. The share volume has been enough to warrant another information release that will suggest that there have been field activities that may suggest positive results for precious metals. This should cause the share price to go up. Why??? Simple answer: History of the company.
Whenever the share price and/or volume has been abysmal, a Press Release or Press Releases are issued that suggest 'positive results' have occurred that should/could/might POSSIBLY be the BIG turning point for the production of precious metals. YAWN!!! Been there, heard that!
IF the Claims are so valuable, why has there been NOTHING PRODUCED? Frankly, if a customer has provided a lending institution accurate information about the type and estimated quantity of a saleable item and also provides corroborating information from a professional institution (e.g. Certified Laboratory), a line of credit WILL be opened. OF COURSE, IF a company has a dubious past with questionable occurrences or less than reputable individuals, the lending institution might require a helluva lot more collateral /OR/ refuse to lend the company a nickel. One has to assume that neither Pershing Resources nor any of its employees falls into either of the above two categories. So WHAT has caused NOTHING to happen for TWENTY PLUS YEARS?
Take a look at the HISTORY of the company from Press Releases and information readily available on the internet. Closely examine the current name of the company and the names of its former iterations. Once you locate the former company names; find the names of its employees at the time. Look up court cases, corporation commission investigations, etc.,,,,basically, do YOUR due diligence!!!
I am NOT saying, suggesting, intimating that there is anything dubious or questionable in the company's past or any employee's past...that is for YOU to decide. Once that decision is made, how does the past affect your current understanding of company events?
