$PSGR 7:25 AM AZ Time. Today is August 10. Happy One Month Anniversary since the LAST Pershing Resources Press Release. Corporate Pershing Resources must be so inundated with the studies, reviews, and recommendations of studies and reviews and recommendations that it does not have enough time to keep investors informed! WOW!!!! There MUST be a lot going on...somewhere.....by someone....getting through all that information....somehow!!!!!!
To refresh everyone's memory, on July 10th, Pershing Resources issued a Press Release that informed share holders that an 'association' with another company was initiated. Pershing Resources, for common stock consideration (transfer), now has access to TWO potential precious metals mining locations near Tonopah, Nevada. Please do NOT confuse these two locations with the much older Pershing Resources' location in northern Nevada called the MARCO PROJECT. Oh yeah, the MARCO PROJECT was ALLEGED to be going big time and was to soon begin basic minimum mining activities (once the permits, etc. were finalized). BUT GUESS WHAT??? Pershing Resources formed another association with a company in Arizona (which soon became a part of Pershing Resources!!!) and a couple of claims/mines near KINGMAN, ARIZONA were then announced as the new priority. Of course, the (then) Press Releases noted that there was mining equipment associated with the purchase; there was to be testing of a NEW Whamma-Jamma Technology that would yield incredible amounts of precious metals once the process was perfected; there was to be a Mill set up; AND there was a building that could provide workers with an office located not too far from the mine site. But first there were some obstacles to overcome. Did I mention that the ASSAYS were all reported to be quite good???
WHEW!!! All that excitement must have led another company to engage Pershing Resources with its skilled, knowledgeable, and educated personnel BECAUSE....YEP YOU GUESSED IT!!!! Pershing Resources appears to have side lined the activities at the 'near-Kingman' project and now is giving the RAH-RAH to the Latest and Greatest opportunity in Nevada....near Tonopah.
Well, as soon as the TEN MILLION DOLLARS (see the July 10, 2018 Pershing Resources Press Release) is injected into the TWO Nevada sites, investors should be able to see some positive results sometime before or on or about 2024.....unless another 'Project' appears. (There is still that matter with Blackridge Capital for a Million Bucks that has been missing for about TWO YEARS from the Press Releases....oh well, it is only UP TO ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!!!).
