The Accounts Payable (AP) are the unpaid bills, the toxics were loans. I'm not worried about the AP at all- they will take whatever they can get at his point- they have no other choice.
But the big question that everything is resting on at this point is what kind of deal they end up doing with Elto (and maybe Cutanogen). They need some cash in the door- if its just stock in a "business combination", it will be pretty disappointing. I think everything has been building up to this for the past 2 years. I think we can hear about the AP really any day at this point. Hopefully they announce whatever they are doing with Elto at the same time or very soon afterwards. Again, I think things are on hold until the AP is settled.
