To me it looks like a OTC Ihub flipper play from the looks of it. Way over sold, good share structure, near Zero market cap. I think some message boards are just playing games. Easy to move this to a penny + if they wanted to(which still sucks for us)

If it was actual accumulation based on GC actually getting something almost done- then that would surprise me. Shock me more like it. Wake me up from my current zombie like COTE state actually...
