I believe the "gagging" was more about the company

Now,
Before anyone comments on this, I'm just going to put this out there now. I will say the same thing to you all that I said to another investor privately, which is that yes, the OS has increased a little since the last filing.
In the past, the only time the OS increased was when the company needed to pay for something related to its agenda. The last increase eliminated the last of their convertible notes inherited with the shell purchase, and paid for Fidler's kid's services related to the lawsuit against the ill-gotten shareholders, and I believe some other operational expenses for the shell.
In this particular case, I expect that shares were issued to get Richard back under contract. So either, they used the money to pay him or they issued the shares to him. My gut feeling is it's the former, though, since Richard doesn't like to take shares as payment. Either way, Richard will be back in play now, so my opinion (and this is based on more than just a hunch) is that the company is going to start communicating with the US market very soon.
