I would love to see a share buy-back, but one has to be realistic about the cost of shares at the time (as opposed to now). Once the cash flow is positive enough to contemplate such a buy-back and it gets approved by shareholders, the word will be out about the revenues/profits, and the shareprice won't be anything like .02! It's a catch 22 thing!
If only there were a way to quietly retire shares BEFORE the word about big earnings or a settlement gets out, but disclosure regs don't allow that for good reason. It would amount to ripping off those shareholders who got bot out even though the revs had gone up substantially.
