SFOR could reduce O/S perhaps by 1billion shares
Kay has said he would be inclined to buy shares back. He didn't say by how many. could 500 mil to a Billion shares, SFOR management would benefit in a huge way (wont hurt us either lol) in positioning itself for a possible buy out in time. The PPS would soar in the 50 to 100 range with less shares and lower float.
SFOR stands to get 100's millions in damages and 10's of millions in monthly revenues from law suits and 10's of millions of sales from sales from their channel partner ACS from Government and Payment card industry and other sales.
It would take 20 million to buy back 1 billion shares at .02
The long anticipated sales must be flowing in to the degree to uplist.
But the share buy back will benefit all investor and company alike. IMO
