this is a multi pronged issue .. to answer your question .. i don't believe (barring something totally out of left field and unforeseen out of Innovation's mgmt) that NR can reset the current 52 week low .. no crystal ball 
.. i can only go off of the patterns that NR reveals (in my case with IPIX/CTIX .. years) .. which is why i highlighted very specific realities re: IPIX (stock) that *imo* NR shows ..
YOY %s .. *reduced volume avgs* .. relentless PPS compression .. high daily %s' marked and when .. which MMs are decoys and those that aren't .. *legal* reported and *changes of* .. and so on ..
there is more but i'm fully cognizant that most folks' eyes glaze over .. with this *data*
but make no mistake (normally) *imo* NRs' goal is to always *reset the 52 week low* on an OTC target .. (of which imo Innovation Pharma has been one .. target .. for years) .. caveat being .. *if able to* .. it's why all those *rounds* down did not come as a surprise to me over the last few years ..
that said *imo* what mgmt has conveyed at every turn (particularly since 2015) especially since April/May 2018 *should* give pause to NRs' efforts and provide a floor .. probably @ 50c/525c .. on the other end based on how how *handled* i'm beyond curious to see what comes to pass @ the 70c - 75c price point (just my curiosity piqued as always based on time frames in play)
imo the current waiting game in play favors *retail* .. and why i suspect those 2018 accessible shares are being held *mostly* in reserve for what comes into play next ..
what that time line is .. only mgmt knows imo .. but i expect NR won't be too far behind .. i look forward to that seeing how *handled*
