What kind of databases are you using? Depends on what kind of database you're talking about. Patient database? or ordering/purchasing database?
How many employees have access to those databases? Again, depends.
How many non-employees have access? Zero.
How many people have rights to edit those database entries? Anyone can edit certain things within the database but product information cannot be changed unless you're with the IT team.
How many are limited from entering or removing data from those databases? People within the pharmacy cannot change anything in terms of product information, IT does that.
Does your company pay someone to manage the databases? Probably.
What is that person’s job title? No idea.
Are you familiar with database rights management? Nope.
Have you worked with suppliers and purchasing in the medical field? I order directly from suppliers for medications. Nothing shows up in my system until it's available for direct purchase for the pharmacy.
