Hey bearcat, I don’t mean to pick on you or star

Please give us a quick understanding of your experience with databases.
Just work with me here:
I see you have an RX at the end of your callsign so I’m going to assume you are involved with medical something or other. I also have worked with medical institutions as well as normal corporations.
That said, if you are in that field, you can probably talk with a modicum of familiarity about the internal databases you work with on a day-to-day basis.
Please tell us, without getting too specific (not looking to violate HIPAA):
What kind of databases are you using?
How many employees have access to those databases?
How many non-employees have access?
How many people have rights to edit those database entries?
How many are limited from entering or removing data from those databases?
Does your company pay someone to manage the databases?
What is that person’s job title?
Are you familiar with database rights management?
Have you worked with suppliers and purchasing in the medical field?
Again, I'm just curious where you are coming from.
Thanks.
