$PSGR 10,000 shares at $0.0185 traded this morning (so far). What a week!!! Another $185.00!!!! Once again, I truly hope that the investor see the share price catapult to never before seen heights.
Once upon a time...a decade or so ago...there were some who believed that this PENNY STOCK would advance to the real DOLLAR+ level. Looking at the number of common shares and the current value of the company based upon the number of common shares, the DOLLAR+ share price level may be more than I will see in the remainder of my lifetime. The BIG MINING COMPANIES...NEUMONT and BARRICK, for example, can provide the BIG BUCKS VALUE for stock because THEY actually produce a marketable and valuable product on a CONTINUOUS basis. Pershing Resources is a SMALL company that has yet to continuously produce and sell any precious metals during its TWENTY PLUS YEARS of existence (Reference: the financial statements of Pershing Resources Company, Inc.).
I am unaware of ANY mining, production, AND continuous sale of precious metals by Pershing Resources, Inc.. I respectfully request a representative of Pershing Resources Company, Inc. to provide information that documents any continuous sale(s) of precious metals that originated from Pershing Resources Company, Inc. Claims/ Mines. I do know that members of Pershing Resources Company, Inc. management do read this Board.
Here's hoping that McDowell & friends can get this puppy on track and productive. Simply buying 'claims' does not produce anything...unless the 'claims' are marked for future sales to another individual or company AND the sale price then far exceeds the Pershing Resources acquisition cost. If there is 'Gold in them that Hills', investors have waited and waited and waited and waited for dollars to flow out of the ground and share price to increase FAR beyond the current (and past TWENTY PLUS YEARS) PSGR PENNY STOCK price.
There will be NO LET-UP from posting about the lack of information from Pershing Resources. There will be NO LET-UP from pointing out past statements (Press Releases) that have suggested, intimated, or promised positive activities...then NOTHING happens.
IF PERSHING RESOURCES is to be considered an honorable and productive company, Pershing Resources MUST keep investors informed with current and accurate information. THIS statement has been repeated OVER AND OVER AND OVER again...with little to no action having been taken by Pershing Resources. A result of the continuous silence, the ONLY conclusion I can believe is that NOTHING productive and profitable has occurred or will occur. This is MY OPINION based upon almost TWENTY YEARS of share ownership and following the LACK of productive activities of this company.
I remain hopeful that things will change for the better but the PAST hovers over any beliefs that positive changes will occur.
