things I think we learned/I liked/disliked Lonz

Lonza will not be the cutanogen CMO. Good, I think they fucked us
Alzheimers Aggression is back. Good. I think this is an even better fit than PD-LID, is a more important medical need, is equally if not more fundable, and is more in line with the original purpose of Elto.
AAIC is next week. Personally, I hope we get some pretty firm commitments at AAIC before we proceed with this licensure. Pukey taste in my mouth.
1H 2019 may mean q3 2019. As current investors, none of that matters, we need returns now or our current investment will be obliterated.
I think they're struggling with MANF recruitment. Most of the expertise is in the Baltic cabal and they're just not gonna come our way. Only other option seems to be China, or running with Dr. Wen or Dr. Urano, but I don't think we can peel them off their wider work either.
RegA officially on, but he doesn't seem super enthused about it. It's the only way to try and take advantage of the arbitrage. I await the filing with great anticipation, but I'm now worried since they haven't been committed to it, that they haven't laid the ground work for this in developing marketing etc and if we do this too late in the year we will falter for time's sake alone. Eventual capital raise is strange wording.
Part of me wants to read between the lines and think Elto and cutanogen already have privately committed funds.
