Mr. Brain...so many questions about your donation
Post# of 43064
1) Why only 4% for a demand note which PTOI won't ever be able to pay back?? Did you think you could demand that money back and immediately have Mr. Heddle cut you a check for money that PTOI won't have??
2) Sure your loan is secured by the blending plant...but why loan PTOI more money at 4% than PTOI paid for the blending plant in the first place?? Certainly Mr. Bordynuik gave his uncle a super price when he bought it for $130,000 CAD at the expense of shareholders and today it might be worth less than the land value.
Keep in mind Mr. Heddle paid a hefty sum to have PTOI oil delivered to the blending facility tank. He wouldn't have done that unless he couldn't sell the oil at any price. Undoubtedly that tank is still full of PTOI oil and, if you take possession of the blending facility, you would likely pay more to remove the oil as hazardous waste than you will get by selling the cleaned-up property.
Why are you contributing so Mr. Heddle can keep paying himself compensation?? He's not paying you anything...and the money he loaned to PTOI himself went right back out with the bulk likely being paid for the benefit of himself or his private company.
What's going on with you freely throwing cash at PTOI while asking for so little in return??
