Yes...obviously you don't have enough gray matter to comprehend that PTOI has the best technology ever. It just takes start up companies like PTOI a few decades to figure out that they just need to push the 'on' button on the processor to create unprecedented value for shareholders. Anyone can see the value in the technology is there even though there's no evidence whatsoever.
It's those evil short sellers who are the real problem. They shorted and manipulated PTOI from as high as $7.00 all the way down to $0.01 and now they're (somehow) upside down on their investment and are running scared, filled with ratcheting up angst...but they can't simply cover until they scrape that last $0.01 out of PTOI. The smart money which rode PTOI all the way down will keep the bid pressure up to make sure PTOI never drops to zero bid so those shorts are in quite the quandary.
