Rich Bohn thinks everyone could greatly benefit from video crm but the challenge is getting companies to believe or make a change. There are many tests being done to break this to make more believers. It's not as easy as many think. I really think the tests will help alot IMO. Why is it so hard to get someone to push a button these days? Eyes will open soon.
