I remember at the shareholder meeting with Al Stone saying they had interest in the company from three parties he disclosed one from Canada, China and Samsung. They weren't interested in entertaining any offers at that time since they were ready to begin launching Ultraflix on many platforms and wanted to grow the value of the company. I believe .10 per share was kicked around at one point. That would be $2.51 per share after 25.1 r/s. This is DF's baby and he didn't come this far to let it go unless the offer was to good to pass up. His brother JF invested big at .17 ($4.27) . I would be disappointed if any talk of buyout occurred before he realize the full potential of his work.
