If he was interested in that price he could have sold the whole thing to the company that is willing to loan us 21M followed by an additional 26M if needed. That's 47M and these guys were raising 500M.
I disagree that he is mentally beaten. Tired is irrelevant.
He talks about selling because he may truly be interested in a fair sale; not a fire sale. He may see himself as an innovator and not a long term business manager. He may see Ultraflix as a player on a huge stage that really needs big investments to make it happen; but I think he wants to get closer to 2020 and that he also wants to get the business operational and adding customers at a low flood stage.
I don't see David going through all this pain for nothing.
