Much of that is in one ear and out the other. If I had proof of NS I'd be all over it. I believe it happens. I've seen the articles and some of the SEC action so it is out there. Just maybe not as obvious to the average investor/trader.
What I do know is how manipulative the MM's are and they hide orders from the LII. Yeah, you'd probably see the orders on the LIII's but who has that? Not little retail like me.
Anyway, I do agree with Sox's assessment that if aspire was over the % limit we'd see the form 13. If I knew what was coming, and we do over the next couple months, I'd be holding every single share and buying even more. And I'd have more than I need to file that form 13.
