What I can show you is Aspire was holding less than 2.49M shares before the $7M agreement. Here’s why.
Aspire received 5.26M shares for signing the agreement. Again, I point to the lack of Schedule 13G as the key.
155M OS * 5% = 7.75M
7.75M - 5.26M = 2.49M
If Aspire was holding more than 2.49M shares before the agreement, they would’ve required to file Schedule 13G. The fact that Aspire received 47M shares since 2012 and was holding less than 2.49M shares six years later should tell you their investment strategy.
