You are beyond hilarious, to protect what manufacture jobs? You know 0 about economics it seems.
Look around you then stop and think, is villyfying all our closest allies the right thing to do and friending places with countires who have abysmal human rights and dictatorships?
Please do expand on the "saving of manufacture jobs" as I'd like to hear all about it and what the end goal is here, because as I see it so far all countires are retaliating against red states more so than blue, kind of makes sense no, where soybean and pig farmers are getting hammered, this is only the beginning and Im sorry for your losses Farmer7.
4 years of witchhunt and 0 indictments, less than 2 years for Trump admin and we got 24, talk about witchhunt and scapegoating.
I agree with Gary, It will take Democratic congress to legalize pot, heck just now US didnt even back breast-feeding resolution where the whole WHO agrees should be advocated for , look closer and think at which side of history you want to be on.
Tarrif > Company cannot compete as they cant buy cheaper product > They buy locally but 20% more cant sell abroad because there are now tarrifs on our products, cant sell locally because it's expensive, now is the time to slash jobs. > Noone is buying now overpriced US product because China/India or Malaysia do it cheaper.
Keep in mind that global companies can bypass those tarrifs, small business owners, farmers and your regular joe shmoe cannot.
US just shot itself in the foot and those poor white folks who depended on all those jobs will get laid off, no Mexicans on farms and farms will incur heavey losses, cities will fer much better.
Just this year alone US lost 4B on travel as less and less people want vacation where they are treated like criminals, but whatever, keep drinking that koolaid and we shall see who was right and who did the harm.
