Re: DarthYoda #1001
I certainly agree that $5 is a level that brings in many more Institutions, but a R/S to get $5 is the wrong way to do it. If they do a R/S that achieves a stable price at $1 or just over it, then the goal becomes establishing sufficient trust in the investment public to build it to over $5.

On the other hand, if they use a bizarre ration for the R/S that gives a price over $5, I believe the lack of support they'll get will make it hard to even sustain $1. I believe they have plenty of positive news to release in the future, I still believe they should build the price before the R/S to reduce it's severity, but again, doing it at the least harsh level would keep the current investor most satisfied.

Personally I would rather see actions that should build the price to something over a penny before the R/S, and then a decision to only do say 1 for 100 to achieve that dollar level. At that point more positive news could see an increase to $5 in a matter of months. I don't believe the same can be said for an extreme R/S before news that instantaneously brought the price to $5 or more, I doubt if such an R/S would hold at much over $1 because of the lack of shareholder support.

Personally I don't have that much invested, I like the products they're developing, so I intend to stay in, but I still believe it will take a substantial hit before it begins to come back, and really won't do so until there is some positive news. I know that the R/S won't occur immediately, probably not until September, though it could happen some time in late August, there is time for some positive news before it occurs. Let's see what happens.

Gary
