Also, in regards to your disapproval of the proposed split ratios, this research paper below found that both the number of institutional investors and the percentage of shares that are held by institutional investors increase significantly after reverse splits with a pre-split price lower than $5 and a target price higher than $5. So, perhaps statistically speaking, the higher spilt ratios would be more likely to benefit us.
They also found that an increase in institutional holdings that result from reverse splits are associated with an increase in share price. So, hopefully this PRE14C was filed specifically with that intent:
