NDA violation doesn't have jail time as a consequence. Violating the Federal Government's Confidentiality Statement does. I believe Mr. Kay enjoys his liberty and would do nothing to jeopardize it. I perfectly understand his verbal restraint in not "tooting his horn" on social media or anywhere else.
