big pharma is always looking for patents they can steal or buy from small companies.
To do this they have specialized researchers which i call patent crawlers searching for newly filed patents AND FOR PUBLICATION OF THOSE PATENTS.
Thats how i assume interested parties would learn of the flatpack patent and publication.
Not from a fictional email sent by nnlx which could easily get lost in the system and never even read.
nnlx previous double doctorate patent attorney filed many patents on nnlx behalf in previous years.
updates say equivalent to a bundle of patents in the countries where it is now publicized via the eu wide publication.
thats how parties find out about nnlx,do their initial dd and contact nnlx
until publication and the expiration of the time frame for entities to oppose the patent (april 2018) in those countries there could be no serious negotiation.
mits has indicated the flat pack is not much more expensive than plates which only have something like 1/12 the life of nnlx product off the top of my head so the question should be,other than entrenched distribution channels why wouldnt companies be interested???.
