So what he is saying is either (a) we are not uplisting in the near future or (b) our stock price will be over $4 in the near future.
(a) sounds more plausible. He can't be that delusional to think (b) is a possibility.

We are not doing a reverse split in the near future, and haven’t even discussed it internally. We have told potential investors that a RS is not in the cards right now. We are focused on capitalizing subs to finance trials, seek to minimize $ambs parent cash needs $ambs
