3 more filings came out today after hours. 3 10-Q's. They are going to show current now on OTC Makets page now. The last MJ Reverse Merger this guy did ran hard into Dollars..
Also a Super 8-K should be coming out soon.. or some big news
also Transfer agent was verified everything is current..

They also hired a really good Securities Counsel..
That cost tons of money to do... The share structure has stayed the same.. That means the CEO paid cash for all of these filings.. only 34.7 Mill O.S. Float is like 2-3 Million now..
