The people that have targeted TPAC haven't just left it at posting, they have done far more than that, including making hundreds of phone calls to potential partners and clients at various times, trying to ruin investor conference calls, even setting naked shorting for TPAC on foreign exchanges.
Their incentive is simple. They want TPAC to go bankrupt so that they never have cover however many 10s thousands or even millions of shares of TPAC they have shorted.
Just because they can't short the stock now, doesn't mean they haven't in past and not covered it. Especially with that foreign exchange stuff a few years back. I went over to iHub just to check and even though no one is posting there, the basher still check in every day or two to do their thing.
