I seriously doubt that Makzak is a paid basher. Why would there be any financial incentive to bash this stock at this time? Perhaps in the past after it had its run up but definitely not now.
And yes there is legal recourse. There were numerous financially material false statements, claims, and projections made by either bill himself or via social media/message boards/ mrvb/etc. Many investors relied on these falsehoods, some of which do appear intentional and dishonest.
Your claim that paid bashers has anything to do with the destruction of Tpac is laughable. A bunch of negative post on message boards don’t destroy a company, mismanagement and dishonesty does.
