I looked at you posts, and your account has been around for a while so I'm going to assume you are normal investor.
Go back and read all MakZaks posts. He is not rational, and seems to be an obvious paid basher.
He says ridiculous things that aren't true all the time.
As for TPAC, and Bill I'll say this. There have been missteps and failure, but never has there been anything criminal or intentionally dishonest. I've spoken to Bill several times over the years, and have found him to always own his mistakes, and work hard to repair them.
I'll also say this. I'm not sure why, but his company was targeted by organized basher groups like none I've ever seen on the OTC. The things that have been done to try to destroy TPAC would have made a lot of CEO's just close up shop and go do something else, but Bill feels a real obligation to shareholders and has stuck through it.
I see you posted another note about legal recourse. IMO opinion you don't have any. This is a legitimate business trying to get off the ground. Bill is still working at it, and I believe we will see something positive in the future, how that he is healthy again.
