Here's my thoughts on reading between the lines on Rory's letter below.

I've said this plenty of times. Everyone should do their own DD and not go by anything anyone posts here including myself. Do you own DD. Make your own decisions and live with those decisions rather then blaming others for your own investment decisions or feeling the need to vent on this board. If you have "concerns" go do some DD yourself and share instead of whining. You many notice that 100% of those that whine have never shared any DD. It's a sign they maybe should be invested in Savings Bonds and not OTC companies
These are my thoughts when trying to read between the lines.
"As I mentioned briefly on last week’s CEOMoney show, the next 90 -100 days will be transformational in a very positive way for the company"
Actual uplisting or plans of uplisting in the next 3 months.
"we are not a typical OTC company and soon everyone will understand what I meant."
This is because FUSZ will be a nasdaq or nyse company this year
"I cannot do a SHAC and release info in a piecemeal fashion"
This has to be the first advice Donohoe Advisory gave nFUSZ. Stop spoon feeding information as it only works in favor of flippers and shorts. Longs already have done their DD and know what's coming. Let the others that have done no DD and just get it from other longs posting it on the board to be in the dark.

Piecemealing info takes the market surprise out of it and ends up coming across as "oh, we already knew that and it was built into the sp". Let the market be surprised/
"allow the professionals to do their job and allow them to take the lead"
Donohoe Advisory are experts on M&A and Uplisting. Let them lead and get the company to that "transformed" state over the next 3 months

Not cryptic at all. If you are doing any M&A or uplisting the rules are strict and have to be followed so you don't have any hiccups and delays

All of it is positive, very positive, and all of it is intended to enhance shareholder value in a meaningful way. As I mentioned briefly on last week’s CEOMoney show, the next 90 -100 days will be transformational in a very positive way for the company. We are executing the Master Plan with a team of professionals, all of whom will be identified shortly. Be patient. It will be well worth it. As I’ve stated repeatedly, we are not a typical OTC company and soon everyone will understand what I meant.

I’m fine with it being shared privately to the longs so as not to create a new target for the parasites to throw darts at. There will be a formal news release to disclose all that has been in the works but for reasons I am unable to provide right now, I cannot do a SHAC and release info in a piecemeal fashion. It needs to all be disclosed in a big public way when ready. I will say that we’re working with a team of superstars and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I think you know that I prefer to share as much information as I am able as and when it is happening, but this is a situation where I have to allow the professionals to do their job and allow them to take the lead.
