Wording from the Press Release with comments:
Press Release
'One possible explanation being considered for the overlapping “telescopic” system of alteration and mineralization is that the vein systems are situated directly over a “buried” gold-copper porphyry system.'
Response
Another POSSIBLE explanation that should be CONSIDERED is that the vein systems are NOT situated over a "buried" gold-copper porphyry system.
Press Release
'Geophysics and diamond drilling will commence immediately after the securing of sufficient funds to complete the work.'
Response
Geophysics and diamond drilling MAY occur IF SUFFICIENT funding is secured. What happens in the meantime???
Press Release
'...and the Project is considered to have an excellent potential to include a significant mineral resource.
Response
Based upon the ENTIRE Press Release, there MAY be something of value in the ground BUT, depending upon the extraction process and production costs, there is no information within the Press Release that states there is sufficient 'product' in the ground to merit PRODUCTION and PROFITABILITY.
Press Release
'Newly acquired preliminary geological, structural, and analytical results of these occurrences suggest the presence of overlapping styles (“telescopic”) of alteration and mineralization.'
Response
Prior 'preliminary studies' reported by Pershing Resources with respect to extraction techniques ('new technology') also SUGGESTED a positive end result. So far, nothing has occurred from the prior preliminary studies.
Press Release
'The host rock to the vein systems include relatively older rocks that may be a “roof” overlying a potentially buried porphyry system. “Roof” rocks would act as a cap, trapping and focusing mineralization into vein systems and potentially along its base which has yet to be determined within the Project area.'
Response
Again, the relatively older rocks MAY NOT be a "roof".
and they would not act as a cap. Given the right circumstances, anything has the POTENTIAL to occur.
SUMMARY (my thoughts and interpretation of the Press Release)
The Press Release focuses on what 'products' MAY be located within the entire claim site(s). There MAY be gold, silver, copper, and other minerals that are in sufficient quantity to merit extraction. The questions remains: 1) Which precious metals/base metals/other minerals ARE on site IN SUFFICIENT QUANTITIES to merit production start up costs? 2) Which precious metals/base metals/ minerals will be economically feasible to extract?
My impression of the Press Release is that it is a Marketing/Sales tool to loosen some wallet/purse strings for future funding. In Arizona, one can EASILY find locations that have some level of presence of Gold or Silver or Copper or Molybdenum or Lead, or other minerals/elements in the ground. Finding 'something' does NOT mean that there is enough XXX in the ground to start a SUCCESSFUL and PROFITABLE mining operation. Investors will have to wait for additional, pertinent follow-up information and then carefully read the information to understand what is said and what is NOT said.
