$PSGR JUNE 20...Pershing Resources ISSUES a PRESS RELEASE!!!!
FINALLY!!!
What is says:
There MAY be something somewhere within the TOTAL claims site. There is an identified POTENTIAL for gold-copper prophory mineralization within the Project area. There is a SUGGESTION that something may be there. A POSSIBLE explanation is that the vein system may be situated over a 'buried" gold-copper prophery system. The three vein systems MAY have something (undefined mineralization) in them. The Press Release noted that there is a 'lack of modern exploration work completed within the New Enterprise Project, gold-copper prophery mineral resource potential is considered to have never been tested for the Project area'....in other words...no one has a clue what is really there. Grab samples (for assays) within the 'Central Vein System' have not exhibited consistent levels (oz/ton and/or gram/tonne) gold and/or precious metal content according to the assay results published in this Press Release.
BOTTOM LINE: There MAY be something of value SOMEWHERE on the claims site and PERSHING RESOURCES stated in the PRESS RELEASE that they are 'very excited to move forward with an aggressive exploration program in 2018'. Translation: Pershing Resources needs MONEY to see if anything of value is really in the ground. The KEY WORD S in this PRESS RELEASE are
EXPLORATION PROGRAM
The KEY WORDS are qualified by 'MAY', 'POTENTIAL', 'POSSIBLE'.
The Press Release says nothing about production. Once again the company will raise funds. This time there is no mention of NEW & IMPROVED WHAMMA JAMMA TECHNOLOGY....just that something MAY be there and it MIGHT have some value because there is POTENTIAL in this part of Arizona to have something in the gound that may be worth more than $0.02/share.
Investors should be prepared to see several follow-up Press Releases that focus on fund raising by SUGGESTING/INTIMATING that there may be somehting of value in them thar hills!!! As long as the share price GOES UP dramatically, the old time share holders will be happy to sell when the price hits a level that they can finally break even /OR/ maybe make $0.02/share profit!
