clearly tactics and strategies would have to be in play for *imo* mgmt to even consider one .. (as i noted) .. i just wanted to point out one company who systematically *imo* gave the middle finger to their retail investors .. possibly having the last laugh against an unrelenting and abusive NR *entity* .. years in the making against their company and by default their stock
