something for P2O investors .. including the BoD and CEO to contemplate
i'm in a few companies as a hedge re: P2O .. one of which is GEVO .. no investor in GEVO *imo* could consider mgmt *retail investor friendly* .. in the several years i've been an investor in GEVO .. i've gone thru at least 2 (could be 3 or 4) R/S (reverse splits) .. at every turn GEVO's mgmt *rewarded* mgmt with new shares .. sending *imo* a very clear signal to their retail investors .. that said the R/S's allowed GEVO to uplist .. and mgmt to execute on their time frame .. now the last R/S was early this month .. and what was interesting was that NR did the usual re-shorting .. and triggered reg sho again due to NRs' *excessive* volume (again this is math .. one shorts X number of shares .. when one covers .. one returns the exact same number of shares) .. so with a 1 for 20 R/S .. and a new OS of less than 2M *shares* total .. GEVO triggering reg sho came as no surprise to those of us who actually *observe* it

as i've noted 1000s of times .. P2O's mgmt has numerous options .. one can both articulate a vision and execute said vision to their investors .. GEVO's mgmt always articulated intent .. that said time frames are almost always longer .. it's life
i'm not advocating for a R/S .. but at this point if it would allow P2O to move forward in a manner clearly articulated .. (recognizing that it would be immediately re-shorted by NR .. so tactics and strategies matter here) .. i could understand its implementation .. P2O *imo* has till the EOM to get the Q filed or i believe the next reality re: OTC is the pinks .. i would like to believe that mgmt *grasps* the significance of of what that *means* .. now and going forward ..
edit .. since i've posted this .. GEVO's *high today* hit 21.00 .. and my GTC was executed just above 20.00 for a % of my shares held ..
what 10 years of watching the US *equities* rigged game has taught me .. for those that are
*liquid* .. is to build a core and trade a % (via set GTCs) .. with over 20 investments .. regardless of *politics* and the fed .. NR has *liquidity* working in at least 50% of those investments *consistently*
