I expect dilution because of the preferreds potentially cashing in... But what they were able to cash in at is very small compared to what they originally were supposed to. That dilution is good.
Companies create stock from adding debt to their books. I expect the recent acquisition to have added more shares... Not diluted them. Shares added for investment debt is not dilution.
I don't expect any revenue because they flat out told us try aren't selling anything until Q3.
There will be some dilution.. The question is how much? My guess is it will be a reasonable amount and if there's even one more share we can look forward to the ISh*tters screaming DILUTION for the foreseeable future.
There will be limited to no revenues. This is their plan! Yet we will still see the ISh*tters screaming scam.
My prediction if no real news hits before the report the shorts are going to have a hayday with it and a payday as well.
No idea how much it will drop but people tend to forget what the company has told us. Just look at longs on social media recently screaming for news...yet the company didn't cave to people like Jumping Monkeys screaming like he was the third monkey in the ramp leading up to the arc and the door just shut as the first drops started to fall.
UTOP did what they do, followed their plan that they told everyone about and produced with the recent news of the merger.
I've been part of mergers and acquisitions. In every instance both sides signed gag orders to not discuss it... PERIOD! In the event that it fell through it would have been bad.
There's more here than we can comprehend. Love the dialog and speculation.
Put yer ear plugs in for about 6 months, check your balance at Christmas and have a damn happy new year.
