One thing I want everyone on this board to remember is why you purchased ANDI in the first place. Think long and hard about the DD and the many hours you have likely invested into this company.
The reason I say that is because either Friday or a few days afterwards we will be getting the next set of financial info. The bashers on the other site have been waiting for this and have been talking it up for weeks. If the Q shows just one share added to the float then they are gonna scream dilution. If no revenues (even if phones not sold) they will bash away. It’s gonna happen, even if they show revenue and reduced share structure they will probably find something to bitch about (no officers listed, restricted shares, who knows). My point is they will likely try to deceive you and will take it as an opportunity to scream scam again.
I suggest you take your time. Read the whole report and if any shares are added or removed investigate how/why. Don’t believe what anyone says on that board, or this board, or me for that matter haha. Read the report and go through it step by step yourself. I am going to be asking questions from some of the more seasoned investors here and I suggest you do the same.
I have no idea what the report will show, but I do know the bashers will find any way to use it against the company. I stated after the last report that when you run a business it is normal practice for companies to neglect to include any information on those financial reports that is not 100% necessary. They never tell the whole story. Many successful companies will operate at a “loss” for years, but in reality it’s only a “loss” on tax forms.
Anyways end rant. I’m excited for the next Q and hope it helps answer some of our questions. See you all in the morning. Go UTOP!
