I went back and watched the ending again- he says they may be able to uplist sooner rather than later based on the ability to monetize one of the subs. So he is talking about a specific sub, I assume Elto. In the pr it is described as a potential "business combination" with another company, so it sounds more like a merger than a simple partnership. Hopefully, they can get some actual cash from the other company, rather than just shares- it would certainly seem that would be the case.
