I have never doubted the company being real and wanting to suceed, the only doubts I had was the competition and regulations from China, because remember our police cars were rejected. If we do get the Green light from China, which takes time, we will be golden, china is trying to stop all of these EV companies starting up, to limit to just the big boys, which is a good thing, we see wang getting in with government, by having the military events, etc...hopefully we will get it soon, and seems they havent given up and going foward as planned.....the scam though was eliminated in my opinion with these filings, debt being eliminated too, and telling us they are waiting, emerging start up right here...they compared themselves to others who held on through the waiting process
