Only thing shareholders do is complicate the lives of the busy and brilliant people at companies
First of all, most senior management is brilliant, at least when compared to stock flips. Bet it is true that management's job is to deal with the complications brought on by shareholders. However, some shareholders, you for example, wish to cause harm. And that will have to be dealt with.
Suddenly, I suspect I know why cost of sales are so high for DECN / why it’s so difficult to turn a profit.
Why is that flip? Tell us. Or better yet, call the SEC, the FBI, SEAL Team 5, and the California State Police. Then come back and tell us the end of your sad, ridiculous story.
For you flips it is always management's fault, management's corruption, management's thievery, isn't it. Now show us some proof. All I see are two disgruntled penny stock flippers using a message board to spread lies and innuendo. How 'bout some facts.
By the way, both of you nasty flips read too much into what Hurricane Willy and the failure also known as Mr. Petras write on the other message board. Both attempted in their own little ways to gain control of the company BOD --- and failed.
