Actually I'd say guilty until prove a real person and innocent.
Looks like a very crooked pump gone bad to me. He posted about the "new" twitter account before it was created, and claimed to have talked to Bill, which was a lie.
About what you'd expect.
There was also a really pathetic attempt to P&D this in Feb, that I believe left the morons running that scam stuck with a few hundred million shares that they didn't want.
This may be them trying to unload them.
Now that Bill has his legs under him again, I'm looking to see some positive events in the future.
