ATLANTA, May 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- US Highland Inc. (OTC Pink:UHLN) ("The Company"
today announced the Company’s on-going corporate due diligence has unearthed several add-on acquisitions. The Company filed its 10-Q this week and continues to work on the name change and new ticker.
"A soon to be announced acquisition will be LARGE. It has taken weeks to create a copasetic acquisition transaction. We are excited to complete the integration. This adds another dimension to our business, by adding product lines which serve a larger audience, with a more robust asset base," said Everett M. Dickson, CEO of UHLN.

These brands will offer a diversity of menu items, from flatbread sandwiches, bowls, wraps, salads, and fresh proteins such as chicken, turkey, steak and falafel. With this latest acquisition, the product offerings now include B to B products and third party branded food products. This acquisition adds depth to UHLN’s first move into the $750 billion U.S. restaurant industry.
The Company also announced the departure of Sal Rincione from its staff. “The new direction of the company is outside Mr. Rincione’s skill set. We wish him the best in all his future endeavors,” said Mr. Dickson.
