(NASDAQ: GNBC ) (the "Company"), announced today that certain of the Company's shareholders (the "Selling Shareholders") intend to offer in an underwritten public offering an aggregate of 2,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock, subject to market conditions. The offering consists entirely of secondary shares to be sold by the Selling Shareholders. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the shares sold in the Offering. In connection with the offering, the Selling Shareholders expect to grant the underwriter an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of common stock.
