Ok guys, update on "codes". A registered agent of

A registered agent of the company must receive a code via SMS to perform ANY function on the company's backend page. This includes updating, filing, even just viewing. It DOES NOT have ANYTHING to do with whether or not financials are audited nor does it matter what exchange you are on. You need a code for interfacing with OTC on ANY tier.
It's literally just a 2 step authorization for security purposes, that's IT.
Also, I keep seeing the attorney letter thing come up so I'm going to set the record straight on that as well, per alternative reporting standards, an attorney letter is only required to become current in the absence of an auditor's certification. Last year our fins were filed alongside an attorney letter, and they were unaudited.
Now, that is not to say that we can't still get audited fins (although I don't necessarily expect them to be, especially since fidler had to review them with Wang prior to Richard submitting them to OTC which suggests fidler is certifying), or that we won't uplist in the coming weeks or months.
That is what is fact.
For anyone who cares.
