IMHO, at that time they may have had a funding commitment PROVIDED that the financials were cleared up prior to the closing. The company may have thought/hoped that could be done. I believe that is what scuttled the Songbird deal and not that they decided they were going to find a better deal. Mostly silence since then until we heard that the financials are still not in order, thus our current predicament. BIG IF they can clear up the financials I believe we still have a chance to proceed, if not then we are finished. We will see.
