Chan has had multiple notes that he has converted. The first one I believe was the $500k note that converted at .025 into 20 million shares that he got when he was first hired by Amarantus along with Dominick who has also converted their note into 20 million shares. He also had a few other smaller ones- $100k or so each I think plus this last one for $350k. I thought they all totaled about 40 million shares or so, so I'm surprised it ended up being 72 million shares. But I believe this is all of his notes- hopefully.
I'm guessing they asked him to go ahead and convert this last note to clean up the books, so there are no outstanding notes that are not accounted for. At least Chan now has a large vested interest in seeing the Company be successful. He my able able to help if they decide to try and list Elto in Hong Kong.
