MMJ/Hemp play MCL tradeable again!. Notice from the Executive Chairperson, Pnina Feldman.
Dear shareholders, investors and interested parties.
Due to the complexity of the deal, which will soon be announced to the market, and its value impact on MCL and QBL, the Board of Queensland Bauxite Limited feel it is necessary to request a further extension from the ASX, until FRIDAY 25th or before.
The board will continue discussions and consult with the ASX, making sure that the Company is diligent, in its role, to satisfy all ASX listing requirements, and more importantly, guarantee that the ASX's approval of this significant acquisition, will be to the maximum benefit of the company and its shareholders.
We thank all our shareholders/investors for their patience and we will be working diligently to expedite this matter, with the utmost urgency, within this requested extension period.
