Again, I have sources of information I trust, and those I don't. The ones I trust have also spoken to Richard and corroborated most of what you said, with the exception of uplisting to QX. I personally am skeptical of a source who has by their own admission flipped this ticker and therefore would like nothing more than to see the price of this stock inflate artificially on rumors so they can unload shares, even if they do so around a sizeable core position.
Also, you keep getting hung up on implying that I am saying your information is false. I never actually said that, I said that the information you provided is not conclusive enough to make the assumption that QX is where will will land, nor even that we are, in fact, uplisting at this time. You have actually yet to address my counter point and instead just keep asking if I called RO. I am not going to add to the hundreds of calls and emails he receives daily so he can tell me what I already know.
You already believe what you are stating, but if you want the rest of us to also believe it then the burden of proof is on you. It shouldn't be too hard to find it on google on a site that clearly states what is required for filing financials at different tiers on the OTC. Perhaps even the OTC site itself contains that information.
