That happens to be my understanding ----and therefor I am assuming things that are based on a conversation that did not explicitly say these things,, and the question regarding these things was not put forth because it would be embarrassing to ask what I know that person can not respond!!!!!!----
Thereby my assumption and opinion only is that it is an app for up-listing to an OTC tier that requires audited financials that we are awaiting approval----and the financials will be uploaded ASAP following the OTC approval
and an ATTY LETTER that is needed for getting current
The prior financials did not require this procedure---IMO
