I am done with this discussion. I will say one more time. Telling the current CEO what to do and how to do it, is your right. But if you are not satisfied, contact the Chairman and throw your hat in the ring. I am sure Mr. Berman is soooo tired of all of you that he will gladly step aside. He doesn't take a salary and is eminently qualified to take a job where he will be appreciated.

Tired? of concern shareholders of a public company asking questions and having opinions concerning their INVESTMENT in the company, management, product and future?
Shareholders of companies have concerns all the time. Its not unusual.
One of many duties of a CEO is to create shareholder value. Sales that equate to net losses quarter to quarter doesn't sound like shareholder value.
